Building BasslinesBuilding Basslines is the topic for my next series of video lessons. Once again YouTube will be the primary host for these videos, with links embedded on my site for easy navigation. There's not much information on Building Basslines commercially available, it's one of those things that bass players just do. But it's something that can be daunting for beginnners - hence the series of lessons upcoming. Building Basslines is also a great topic because it allows the introduction of all sorts of musical theory - rhythms, chord progressions, scales, arpeggios - and then the immediate application of those elements of theory in a musical setting.
